We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most awarded fitness and wellness brands to find a Head of Marketing who can help shape the next phase of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing for a premium lifestyle brand with a passionate community, an established in-house marketing and creative team, and ambitious plans for expansion. You'll own the marketing strategy across multiple brands, balancing brand building, member acquisition and retention, while helping bring a bold vision to life.

What you'll be doing
• Leading the overall brand and marketing strategy across a portfolio of premium fitness and wellness brands
• Managing and mentoring an in-house team of marketers, creatives and growth specialists
• Developing and executing marketing plans aligned to commercial growth targets and brand objectives
• Acting as the guardian of brand standards across all channels and customer touchpoints
• Leading content, social media and creative strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Managing creative production budgets and ensuring content investment delivers commercial outcomes
• Overseeing website strategy, customer journey optimisation and digital experience improvements
• Driving app engagement, retention initiatives and member communications
• Supporting paid media, CRM, SEO and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Leading brand partnerships, creator collaborations, events and PR initiatives
• Developing launch strategies for new locations, major announcements and brand activations
• Owning the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources
• Partnering closely with executive leadership to align marketing and business objectives
• Delivering regular reporting, performance insights and strategic recommendations

• Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary marketing function
• Strong background in brand strategy, marketing leadership and team management
• Experience balancing brand building with performance marketing outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience leading content, creative and social media functions
• Strong commercial acumen and budget management capability
• Experience overseeing digital marketing, CRM and customer journey initiatives
• Ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable business insights
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
• High standards, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional work

• Experience within fitness, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality or premium consumer brands
• Experience leading in-house creative and content teams
• Background working in high-growth, founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses
