We’re partnering with a growing primary healthcare network with 15 medical centres across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Their mission is simple but powerful: to make quality healthcare more accessible for all Australians. With strong growth underway, they’re now looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive patient engagement and support the next phase of expansion.
The Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role focused on patient engagement across the full lifecycle.
You’ll own digital communications, deliver impactful content, and leverage the Salesforce ecosystem to create more personalised, effective patient experiences. You’ll work across multiple channels, balancing strategy with execution, and play a key role in growing their membership program.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan and execute patient marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Use Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud) to drive personalised engagement
• Manage content across key touchpoints including eDMs, push notifications and campaigns
• Oversee Meta campaigns, monitoring performance and spend
• Maintain patient-facing channels including websites, blogs and in-clinic digital screens
• Support content strategy and longer-term campaign planning
• Analyse performance and optimise campaigns based on insights
• Collaborate with creative, media and tech partners
What You’ll Bring
• ~10 years’ marketing experience, with 5+ years in a Marketing or Digital Marketing Manager role
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Loyalty Cloud a bonus)
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a content-first mindset
• Comfortable working hands-on across platforms and channels
• Able to manage multiple priorities and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable with ambiguity
• A genuine interest in working within a purpose-led organisation

Location
