They're now looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap end-to-end, reporting directly to the CMO.

The opportunity

This isn't a backlog-management role. You'll be the person shaping what gets built and why - thinking in 12–18 month horizons, bringing strategic proposals to leadership, and rallying engineering, design, and marketing to execute. It's a true product leadership opportunity inside a profitable, growing business that's moving fast.

What you'll be doing

• Defining and driving product strategy across the core platform and user experience

• Leading deep customer research to uncover pain points and opportunities in the money transfer journey

• Owning key KPIs: Conversion, transaction volume, and customer lifetime value

• Managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and iteration

• Championing an AI-first approach to product management across prototyping, research, and delivery

• Serving as the bridge between Marketing, Engineering, and Operations

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in product management, ideally within FinTech, e-commerce, or a B2C platform environment

• Genuine ownership of product strategy and roadmap, not just feature delivery

• Proven results in CRO, user acquisition, and A/B testing

• Strong analytical chops across tools like GA4, Firebase, Looker or similar

• Confidence with AI tools (think Claude Code, Figma) and a curiosity to keep pushing

• The drive to set the agenda - you don't wait for a brief to spot an opportunity
