About the Role
We’re partnering with a high-performing digital agency to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid media campaigns and drive measurable growth across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across different clients and markets, and is confident managing campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimisation.
You’ll play a key role in scaling acquisition performance, improving efficiency, and delivering clear, data-backed insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage paid media campaigns end-to-end across SEM and Social
Drive performance across multiple verticals and markets, optimising for KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion growth
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights
Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for optimisation and scale
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports with clear, actionable insights
Maintain a strong testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve performance
Collaborate closely with SEO, Development, UX, and Sales teams on integrated campaigns
Contribute to internal processes and workflow improvements within the performance team
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities
Skills & Experience
3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment
Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
Proven track record of managing and optimising high-performing paid media campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, targeting, and audience segmentation
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
SEO knowledge is a plus, but not essential
