About the Role
This is a true ownership role.
You are responsible for building and scaling the performance engine across paid channels. Strategy, execution and results all sit with you.
You will go deep when needed and zoom out when required. You will know when to test, when to scale and when to cut.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels
Multi-million dollar budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and growth
Agency + in-house execution model
Creative testing and experimentation frameworks
Attribution, tracking, and performance measurement
What You Bring
5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or high-growth environments
Proven experience managing and scaling large budgets
Strong commercial mindset (CAC, LTV, contribution margin)
Deep hands-on knowledge across key paid platforms
Experience managing agencies and/or building internal teams
Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and structure
