About the Role
This is a client-facing performance role with real ownership.
You’ll manage and grow paid search accounts end-to-end — from strategy through to execution — ensuring every decision ladders back to commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own SEM strategy across a portfolio of clients
Manage campaign lifecycle (keywords, structure, copy, optimisation)
Allocate and optimise budgets against revenue targets
Identify and unlock growth opportunities
Build strong client relationships through insights and performance
Collaborate with SEO and analytics for integrated strategy
What You Bring
2–3+ years in Paid Search (agency preferred)
Strong experience across Google Ads + GA4
Analytical mindset with commercial thinking
Confident communicator and presenter
Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision
