The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth, independently owned performance marketing agency that’s executing on an ambitious long-term vision. With a strong pipeline of eCommerce, technology, and purpose-led brands, they’re expanding their team and looking for a Performance Manager to play a key role in client growth.

This role sits at the heart of digital execution and strategy — owning Paid Social and PPC performance, leading client conversations, and driving creative-led experimentation to unlock real business growth.
You’ll manage a portfolio of 3–6 client accounts, with monthly budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+, and act as a strategic partner rather than just a platform operator.
The Role
Campaign Strategy & Optimisation
Strategise, execute, and optimise Paid Social and PPC campaigns to drive revenue growth
Manage monthly budgets ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+
Platforms include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
Monitor performance daily and proactively optimise campaigns
Drive structured testing frameworks to continuously improve results
Manage a portfolio of B2C/D2C brands
Creative Strategy & Testing
Own end-to-end creative strategy informed by customer insights and performance data
Translate commercial goals (Revenue, CAC, MER) into actionable creative concepts
Develop clear creative briefs for internal designers or client teams
Use performance signals (engagement, thumb-stop rate, revenue impact) to prioritise concepts
Lead the creative testing roadmap across audiences, products, and offers
Client Leadership
Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Lead client meetings and strategic discussions
Simplify complex data into clear business insights
Position yourself as a strategic advisor, not just a campaign manager
Reporting & Insights
Deliver insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations
Translate analytics into clear growth opportunities
Maintain proactive communication and expectation management
Technical Execution
Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Oversee accurate conversion tracking and attribution
Configure and optimise shopping feeds for eCommerce campaigns
Use Google Analytics to analyse performance and user behaviour
Ensure data integrity across platforms
Collaboration
Work closely with media buyers, strategists, and creative teams
Contribute to weekly performance sessions and knowledge sharing
Share insights and testing learnings across the team

What We’re Looking For
Experience
4–5+ years in Paid Social and/or PPC
1–2+ years agency experience
Experience managing budgets of $50,000+ per month
Hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns across $10k–$100k+ monthly spend
Proven track record of exceeding performance KPIs
Technical Capability
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Solid understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
Experience with shopping feed optimisation
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Professional Strengths

Strong communicator who can simplify complex data
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
