Account Manager (Social)

A fast-growing, social-first FMCG agency is looking for an Account Manager (Social) to lead client accounts end-to-end across some of Australia’s most recognisable food and drink brands.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll manage organic social, creators and paid campaigns, working closely with senior leadership in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Owning day-to-day client relationships and running social accounts end-to-end
• Managing content calendars, scheduling and community management
• Overseeing content creation and social-first storytelling
• Coordinating influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns
• Delivering paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
• Contributing to integrated social, PR and campaign ideas
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years’ experience in a social or digital agency
• Strong instinct for TikTok and Instagram performance
• Confident managing multiple clients and moving at pace
• Excellent copy and caption writing skills
• Experience with scheduling tools, basic editing software and paid platforms
• Genuine interest in food, culture and trends
