Group Marketing Manager
Lead the entire marketing function, shape strategy from day one, and own digital, product, and content for a growing B2B SaaS business.
We’re supporting a growing B2B SaaS organisation that’s expanding their marketing function and looking for a strong generalist to lead the charge. This role reports directly into the Group CEO and sits at the centre of product, sales, and digital execution.

You won’t be inheriting rigid KPIs — you’ll help establish them.
You’ll partner closely with product teams and senior leadership to lift brand visibility, build demand, and drive stronger acquisition and conversion outcomes.
What You’ll Lead
Strategy and Planning
- Develop integrated marketing plans aligned with commercial goals.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to set priorities, budgets, and execution timelines.
Digital and Performance Marketing
- Plan and run digital campaigns across acquisition, conversion, and nurturing.
- Manage website enhancements, UX improvements, SEO, analytics, and reporting.
Product Marketing
- Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market support for product launches and feature updates.
Content and Social
- Create and manage high value content like case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and product collateral.
- Oversee social channels and build engagement within relevant B2B communities.
Campaigns and Events
- Lead email, ABM, and below-the-line nurture activities.
- Manage conferences, trade shows, and thought-leadership opportunities.
