The Role
As SEO Account Manager, you’ll lead the organic search strategy for a portfolio of high-performing eCommerce clients. You’ll own client relationships, develop actionable SEO roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact across technical SEO, on-page content, and visibility growth.
You’ll collaborate with a wider digital team of performance, content, and strategy specialists—ensuring your SEO work drives commercial outcomes and aligns with client objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of SEO clients end-to-end, from strategy to reporting
- Conduct audits, competitor analyses, and keyword mapping to uncover growth opportunities
- Build and present clear, data-driven SEO strategies to clients
- Lead client meetings and training sessions with confidence
- Partner with the broader digital team to integrate SEO into wider marketing and commerce strategies
- Stay ahead of SEO and marketplace trends, testing and implementing new approaches
- Contribute to business growth through renewals and new opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ SEO experience, ideally within an agency or eCommerce-focused environment
- Strong technical SEO knowledge and practical understanding of on-page and off-page optimisation
- Confident in using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Permanent work rights in Australia
