The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of brands, crafting organic content strategies that resonate, create impact, and drive measurable results.
You’ll take ownership from strategy through execution — ideating content concepts, managing creators and timelines, overseeing posting schedules, and optimising performance along the way. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who’s equal parts creative and organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social strategies tailored to each client.
- Conceptualise and oversee production of short-form video content.
- Write engaging copy and curate visually appealing feeds.
- Schedule and manage social calendars across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor performance and leverage insights to refine content.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver exceptional work.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a professional social media or content role.
- Proven experience in short-form content creation (TikTok, Reels).
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and social trends.
- Ability to write engaging, on-brand copy and captions.
- A keen visual eye and understanding of what makes content scroll-stopping.
- Solid organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in managing clients and coordinating creative workflows.
