About the Role
We’re partnering with a creative agency that’s looking for a hands-on CRM Specialist & Website Manager to lead customer journeys and always-on digital content across email and web. You’ll combine creative flair with data-driven thinking to deliver personalised communications that drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
This is a hybrid position: three days in-office each week, with two days spent onsite at the client’s Norwest office and one day at the agency’s Beaconsfield location. A car and valid driver’s licence are essential, as travel between offices is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage monthly CRM content calendars, including newsletters, offers, and brand updates.
- Write engaging, on-brand CRM and website content to drive engagement and action.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of automated lifecycle and nurture journeys.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to repurpose assets across CRM and web.
- Maintain and refresh website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand updates.
- Leverage data insights to optimise content, segmentation, and send timing.
- Track performance metrics, report on outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all communications meet brand and compliance standards.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital content management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience with CRM and CMS platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Sound understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and automation.Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
