About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Affiliate Marketing professional to join a fast-growing global team. This role is key to driving client growth by optimising affiliate programs, increasing traffic and conversions, and building strong, long-term partnerships.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Success and Affiliate Director, you’ll manage client affiliate programs, negotiate targeted campaigns, and identify new partnership opportunities to drive revenue and performance.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage activity across leading Affiliate Platforms (Commission Factory, Impact, Rakuten, etc.)
- Negotiate and implement targeted campaigns, tracking performance and ROI
- Manage CPA tier structures to maximise ROI and reward high-performing affiliates
- Build and nurture partnerships with loyalty programs, financial institutions, and complementary brands
- Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations to clients
- Test and optimise offers across multiple affiliate types (content, cashback, loyalty, rewards)
- Align campaigns with client promotional calendars and sale periods
- Ensure all activity is trackable and accurately reported using affiliate platforms and Google Analytics
- Research competitor affiliate activity and emerging best practices
Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
- Proven success managing affiliate programs and using affiliate/partner platforms
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including forecasting and budgeting
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools
- Experience working with digital or eCommerce partners is highly regarded
