A fast-growing creative and performance marketing agency is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid strategy and campaign performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, strategic position where you’ll drive media direction, manage key client relationships, and oversee campaign execution. You’ll also mentor one direct report while collaborating closely with the creative and growth teams to ensure campaigns are both impactful and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead media strategy and manage performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Oversee client relationships from briefing to reporting and performance reviews.
- Provide mentorship and hands-on support to a Paid Media Executive.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions to maximise ROAS and profit.
- Audit account structures, tracking setups, and refine processes for efficiency.
- Translate performance data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build testing frameworks across creative, audiences, and bidding.Identify growth levers and seasonal opportunities for account expansion.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align messaging and targeting.
- Work with the Head of Paid Media to enhance workflows and automation.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of paid media experience, ideally agency-side.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record managing e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Advanced analytical ability and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience managing or mentoring at least one team member.
- Proficiency with Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other dashboard/reporting tools.
- Understanding of CRO fundamentals and landing page testing.
