Our client is a leading eCommerce digital agency recognised nationally for excellence in performance and innovation. They partner with world-class brands across beauty, fashion, home, and lifestyle—helping them scale across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
They’re an ambitious, fast-growing team with a strong global footprint, and they’re now looking for a Head of Sales to own and drive their new business growth across Australia. This is a newly created leadership role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the agency’s next stage of expansion.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage the agency’s new business pipeline through prospecting, networking, and pitching
- Represent the agency at industry events and in the market, showcasing the strength of their full-service offering
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring brands see the agency as a trusted growth partner
- Manage and coordinate all pitch processes, aligning stakeholders for smooth delivery
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy in collaboration with the leadership team
- Identify and convert opportunities within mid-market eCommerce and DTC brands
- Manage deal sizes ranging from $60K annual retainers through to $1M+ partnerships
What you’ll bring
- A proven track record in agency sales, ideally from an indie or boutique environment
- A strong network within the eCommerce or DTC ecosystem
- Energy, charisma, and adaptability—you thrive on networking, connecting, and relationship building
- Commercial acumen with an eye for identifying growth opportunities and turning them into results
- Strong relationship management skills—you know how to close and maintain high-value partnerships
- Confidence in speaking about digital services (SEO, SEM, and multi-channel marketing), even if you’re not hands-on executional
