What you’ll be doing

• Winning new business and driving growth across Australia and New Zealand
• Presenting cutting-edge digital marketing and ad tech solutions to agencies and brands
• Building genuine, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders
• Owning your revenue goals and driving results
• Repping the brand at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored strategies that make an impact

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in sales, including at least 2 years in a digital agency environment
• A true hunter mindset — confident, proactive, and self-driven
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and ad tech
• Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and presenting to senior clients
• Comfortable managing your own pipeline and reporting through CRM tools like Salesforce
• A positive, team-first attitude and a love of fast-paced, high-performing environments
